Join us for a cooking class and learn from Chef Claudia tricks of the trade. All cooking class must have a minimum of 6 people to run. Please call us at (201) 857-5188 to register.

Homemade Pasta Fresca: $65/pp

Join us for a fresh pasta workshop, where you can learn how to make pasta from scratch, from fettuccine to filled pastas, and which sauce to use with them. On select evenings you can stay after the class and enjoy the pasta you’ve made, cooked by Chef Claudia, for an additional $25/pp.

Farm to Table: $95/pp

Chef Claudia will teach you how to prepare a healthy and easy meal for your family, starting with the shopping (how and what to buy at the farm and how you should cook it). At the end you will bring the meal home for your family to enjoy.

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to change the date of your class, or cancel the booking, we can try and accommodate this up to one week before the class, offering you to reschedule within a month. No refunds will be issued for last minute cancellations or no shows.
