Sliced Potato and Cabbage Winter Salad – a hearty salad to keep you fueled and healthy as the weather changes. Made with extra virgin olive oil, green cabbage, leek, potatoes, red pepper, and sea salt.
“pollo alla cacciatora” with mash potatoes – cacciatora chicken. This popular northern Italian dish is made with butter, cherry tomatoes, chicken, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, milk, nutmeg, olives, Parmesan cheese, potatoes, rosemary, sea salt, white wine, and a wine vinaigrette.
