Mediterranean diet Ingredients
The Mediterranean Diet is rich in fruits and vegetables. Many dishes use peas, beans, and healthy grains. There is a focus on using chicken and fish high in omega 3 fatty acids. Some of our dishes use red meat but most of the fat in our meals is unsaturated and comes from nuts and olive oil. We recommend pairing our dishes with small amount of red wine as it increases the health benefits of the food we prepare.
